Cancellation and Refund Policy

The cancellation and refund policy come under the Terms of Use that govern our website www.zatkaa.com and our application. We are referring to the application and website as a platform for convenience and understanding. Let us look at the Cancellation and Refund Policy for purchases done on our platform:

A buyer is not entitled to cancel an order once placed. A buyer may cancel the order within a minute of placing the order. The cancellation request will be considered under the following conditions:
  1. If the order could not be delivered on time as stated in placing the order
  2. Order has not been picked for delivery from the shop
  3. Shop owners do not accept or cancel the order for reasons not linked to a buyer such as the closed store, overcrowding, and non-availability of items.

Zatkaa reserves the right to look into the cancellation request of the buyer and see if the conditions match the written above. If Zatkaa is satisfied and finds that the request falls under the above-mentioned conditions, there will be a quick process for cancellation and refund to the buyer.

Zatkaa reserves the right to deny the refund amount of the initiated cancellation after going through the order history of a customer. Moreover, Zatkaa shall collect a penalty for violating the Terms of Use codes as compensation for loss suffered by the company in the initiated order.

Zatkaa retains the right to collect a penalty on the orders canceled but is not limited to the following reasons:
  1. Address provided by a buyer is wrong and falls beyond the delivery zone
  2. Failure to deliver an order to the buyer due to lack of information or direction
